Randy Ritchie
Randy is known to be one of the greatest leaders in Real Organic Gardening by many who know him in the lawn and garden industry. He is the best selling garden book author of A Hundred Years of Deception - Why Gardening Must Change, and Real Organic Gardening to help gardeners learn how to change the way they garden to a much easier, less costly and healthier approach. His newest best seller, Soil Remediation for the LA Fires is helping those who suffered considerable damage to their properties.
Randy forged his small soil company, Malibu Compost, as the leader in real organic, farm made and Non-GMO compost and soil products. His personal consultations and organic gardening classes at local nurseries, feed and farm supply's, landscape supply stores and national garden shows have helped gardeners grow healthy soil for 17 years now.
Additionally, he is a garden designer who created the first eco landscape company in Los Angeles. Randy's passion to design and install real organic gardens for families and to help farms transition to real organic is evident in his high energy and gratitude for his work every day.
Norma Ritchie
Norma is a real organic edible garden consultant and has extensive expertise setting up systems of healthy growing and composting in small residences to large estates, homesteads, suburban farms and orchards. Her conscious clientele want to grow healthy food and a toxin free environment.
Norma has certifications in Master Gardening, Permaculture and the Soil Food Web and is a Certified Soil Advisor, an Orchardist and a Rosarian. Her passions include helping families grow real organic, healing and removing toxins in the soil, helping farms transition to real organic and creating closed loop organic systems at home.
